Crystal is an experienced Myotherapist. Having started as a beauty therapist years ago her passion for human body and pain-free movement led her to study Remedial Massage then advance her expertise to the level of Myotherapy. 

Using a variety of techniques ranging from traditional Chinese cupping and deep tissue to myofascial release and dry needling, she creates personalised treatments and a therapy strategy for her clients. Her treatment philosophy consists of joint mobility restoration, inflammation control and reduction of excessive muscle tension, scar tissue and fascial adhesion. 

She is a big believer in the importance of educating clients on self-care and self-maintenance and will always have a recommendation of a good stretching routine or specific corrective exercise that will help the results of the treatment last longer.
